Hi, I'm Helen
I love helping people, like you, to develop both their crafting skills - I’ve been teaching jewellery making for over 10 years and growing profitable businesses.
One of the biggest challenges I see happening in our creative world is people struggling to turn their hobby into a profitable business, and they quickly become disheartened and stop.
But with my 10 years experience in selling jewellery and teaching jewellery making, I understand it doesn’t need to feel hard to generate income from your passion! I have had ups and downs but I also know how to make a living from it and I’m passionate about helping other people do the same thing.

About me
I have over 25 years experience of helping and advising businesses. These ranged from very small businesses to larger national companies. I have been in business myself for over 15 years and have built a successful jewellery range and jewellery making classes with my own studio based near York, UK. I sell my jewellery online and in person, as well as in galleries and in Open Studios.
I understand that it can be hard starting out and growing your jewellery business. It requires commitment and consistency. It took me a while to design my own jewellery range, but once I did, it became so much easier to design and sell because it was authentic. It also saved me a huge amount of money trying to make things that I wasn’t really engaged with.
I want to help you develop your jewellery range, so that it represents you, and it sells. I know you can make profit out of your passion!

How long will the programme last?
We start on the 15th May until February 2024
What support do I get from you Helen?
You’ll get zoom meetings every 2 weeks (except for a summer and Christmas break) where I will do a mixture of teaching the modules and supporting you. You will have 3 x half hour clinics with me to specifically help you.
When are the Zoom calls and how long do they last?
These are at 20.00 (UK time) on Thursdays or 16.00 Eastern Time 13.00 Pacific Time. They last 60 minutes to 90 minutes. The zoom calls will be recorded so that you can catch up.
I already sell my jewellery. How will this help me?
I will help you focus on creating a signature jewellery style that will sell and make you more money.
I don’t sell my jewellery at the moment. How will this help me?
I will share my experiences and help you avoid making mistakes which would cost you time and money.
